Discover the practice of trail-running thanks to this stay !

You have a running experience and want to start a new approach in nature? Then this trip is for you! 

A total immersion of 2 days and 1 night in the practice of trail running !

Enjoy a program designed especially for a discovery of the different aspects of practice : nutrition, effort management, recovery. A very enriching stay between theoretical contributions, trail running practice, and relaxation !


In the program : 

Day 1

> Meeting Saturday morning on our site of La Crique, in Saint-Jorioz, on the shores of Lake Annecy to begin this stay in a beautiful setting

> Theoretical contributions on nutrition and trail-running effort management will be given to you.

We will provide you with food during the trail outing of this first day: fruits and dried fruits, cereal bars....

>  Then, a muscular awakening facing the lake will guarantee a complete warm-up in the best conditions !

> The start of the hike trail-running outing is then launched : about 15 km and 500 meters of elevation with a rhythm adapted to the level of the group ! You will start with a few kilometers on the flat to get in your legs, before starting the climb at your own pace that will lead you to a magnificent viewpoint !

Breaks will be done to adapt at the level of each and enjoy a wonderful view on the Annecy Lake and the mountains around ! 

> After the trail-running outing, a yoga session at the lake for a moment of relaxation and a well-deserved return to calm, to end this day in style !

> A dinner by the lake, followed by a night of bivouac on our site of La Crique to end this day in beauty !


Day 2 

> Breakfast facing the lake

> Morning trail-running outing of about 10km and 400 meters of elevation

>  Return to La Crique and possibility of swimming in the lake for a last moment of relaxation before closing this stay  !
