At the gateway the Tarentaise Valley, near Annecy, discover a condensed version of the legendary full descent of the Isère River.
This descent begins with a brief warm-up before quickly accelerating with the crossing of the Aime rapids (level IV) : 2 intense and sustained kilometers where the full concentration of the crew is required to keep the raft on the right track!
The descent then mellows somewhat until the Pucelle Gorges and its imposing cliffs, before ending in the Centron rapids where a new series of level 4 rapids awaits.
Compared to the full descent, this route allows for a later morning start (9:00 a.m. instead of 8:30 a.m.) and a more affordable price for those on a limited budget.
It is also an ideal compromise between the Gorges Course and the whole Isère Course! Discover a perfect alternative for a half-day of rafting near Annecy.

The meeting is fixed at our resort in Centron (situated at the arrival of the descent). As soon as you are equipped with a neoprene suit (trousers + jacket), neoprene socks, helmet and life jacket; it’s time to go back at the start of the river with our minibus.Here, the instructor make a security briefing and give you explanations about the course.Then, you go on board with your instructor and start with some practical exercises to learn how to paddle in the rapids.When the activity is finished you can go back to our resort to change clothes and pick up your car.
