To answer all of your questions, the team is reachable from Mondays to Fridays 9am-12:30am and 2pm-5:30pm, and on Saturdays 9:30am-5pm !

1. Are you open all year ?

Our team is available all year round, from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12h30 and from 2pm to 17h30 . And from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 7pm in July and August, in order to answer all your requests!

2. Where is located our agency ? 

Our agency is located at 11 avenue de la République, at Cran-Gevrier, about 20 minutes walk from Annecy center. We do not have a "shop" but we are always happy to welcome you to advise you on your activities. Be careful, however, you will never meet here for the start of your activities!


3. Who are you ?

We are Etienne (the boss), Céline, Camille and Alexiane! We are always excited to discuss your projects of activities, stays or seminars :)

OUR ACTIVITIES


1. What activities do you offer ?

We offer a wide range of outdoor sports activities such as hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, via ferrata, canyoning, and many more !

2. Are the activities possible everyday ?

Yes, our activities are available any day of the week and of the week-end. The opening depends on the season !


3. Are all the activities take place in Annecy ? 

Not necessarily, the activities proposed take place in the region of Annecy (Annecy, around Lake Annecy, hinterland of Annecy). The most distant activity is rafting at about 1h15 from Annecy centre. Find out here how to reach them!


4. Do you have restrictions on participating in certain activities?

Some activities require a minimum age, physical condition and/or skill. This information is available on each activity page. Please contact us if you have any specific questions.


5. Do we have to be athletic to perform the activities on the site?

Some activities require a minimum of sport and physical condition such as rafting, canyoning or the Via Ferrata, and others not : dog sledding, paragliding, sailing boat or Yoga.


6. What activities are available for families with young children ?

Paragliding (from 6 years ols), hiking (from 6 years old), climbing (from 7 years old) and dog sledding (from 2 years old). 

For children from 3 years old, also find our leisure park in Saint-Jorioz, with games on the ground and in the trees : the Criq'Parc !


7. Do you organize groups activities ?

Yes, we organize group activities that promote cohesion and team spirit, ideal for corporate events and team buildings !

8. What are the safety measures for your activities ?

Your safety is our priority ! All our activities are supervised by qualified professionals and we use equipment that meets safety standards. Safety briefings are held before each activity.


9. What do I need to bring pour outdoor activities ?

It depends of the activity choose. Usually, we recommend to wear comfortable clothes, or a sportswear, some adapted shoes, water, sunscreen and maybe a snack.

We will give you a detailed list when you make your reservation. The specific equipement for the activity is lent you and is include in the price.


10. What are your rates ?

Our rates vary depending on the activities and options you choose. Details of the rates are available on each activity page. Do not hesitate to contact us for a personalized quote!


11. Do you offer discounts or special offers ?

Yes, for some of our activities we offer discounts on bachelor party for groups of at least 10 paying participants.



ACCESSIBILITY


1. Are the activities accessible without a car?

By foot from the center of AnnecyDownhill mountain biking, E-mountain bike, hiking and tasting, urban challengelake tour by e-bike.

By bus frome the center of Annecy : paragliding, sailing, the Crique and the Criq'parc, diving, canyoning, bungee jumping


2. Do you organize transportation to activities ?

No, you need to go to the meeting point by your own.  We will give you the address of the meeting point, and an access map.

3. Are your activities accessible to people with disabilities?

It depends on the nature of the disability (motor, physical...) and the type of activity. We are for example perfectly able to receive an audience in a situation of handicap on our sailing activities and on our sled dog rides.


4. Can pregnant women participate in outdoor activities ?

Usually, and for security reasons, we cannot accommodate pregnant women in our activities. However, there are a few exceptions of activities that pose no risk: hiking, beach yoga, sailing and sleigh rides on horseback.

1. Can I book online, on Annecy Aventure website ?

No, this is an informative site ! We are easily reachable by phone (+33 (0)4.50 45 38 46) and quickly respond to emails for taking your reservations.


2. How do I book an activity or a stay ?

3. How can I buy a gift card ?

You just have to click on Offer a gift card. You will find the different gift cards for sale and our terms and conditions.


4. Can I cancel my reservation on the same day if the weather is not favorable ?

Only the guides are able to judge of the faisability of the activity according to the weather conditions. If they take the decision to cancel it, you will be fully refunded. If the activity is maintened and you don't want to participate anymore, the refund will not be possible.


5. What are the cancellation conditions ?

With your confirmation of reservation, you will receive you terms and conditions which states that you can cancel your activity reservation free of charge up to 72 hours in advance

We organize custom events for corporate, works council, and school and leisure groups. For a team building, a seminar, a field trip, we have offers tailored to your needs !

Nous choisissons les activités et les établissements partenaires en fonction de la taille de votre groupe ! Que vous soyez 10 ou bien 200, nous saurons trouver des solutions à vos envies et besoins.


4. Quelles sont les étapes pour organiser un événement avec votre agence ?

Nous commençons par une consultation initiale, téléphonique ou par mail, pour comprendre vos besoins et vos objectifs. Ensuite, nous planifions et coordonnons tous les aspects de l'événement, y compris les activités, la logistique, les équipements et la sécurité. Nous assurons également une présence sur place pour garantir le bon déroulement de l'événement.


5. Quelles activités sportives proposez-vous lors des événements ?

Nous proposons aussi bien des activités incentives telles que la randonnée, le VTT, le parapente, le canyoning (et bien plus encore), que des team-buildings comme notre célèbre Challenge Radeaux, notre iconique Challenge Urbain, notre Eco-Challenge ou encore notre nouveau Criq'Ohlanta, adaptées à tous les niveaux et à toutes les occasions.


6. Proposez-vous des journée et séjours tout compris ?

Oui, nous pouvons organiser une journée ou un séjour tout inclus : activité, hébergement, restauration, transports. Vous n'avez plus qu'à vous laisser guidés !

8. Que se passe-t-il si la météo compromet notre programme ?

Nous rebondissons avec des plans B ! En fonction de la météo, nous vous proposons des alternatives que vous êtes libres d'accepter ou de refuser. Nous pouvons également accepter un report de l'événement si aucune solution ne convient.


9. C'est quoi "La Crique" ?

La Crique, c'est notre petit coin de paradis qui nous sert de base de séminaire. Située au bord du Lac d'Annecy, à Saint-Jorioz (à environ 20 minutes d'Annecy centre), nous adorons vous y organiser vos événements : réunion dans nos salles de réunion au sein de notre Refuge, déjeuner dans notre jardin privatif, team-buidling sur la plage... le tout sur un site éco-responsable que nous nous efforçons de préserver, et même de régénérer.
