0 waste teamcooking workshop

Let your imagination run wild and work as a team to create your lunch or dinner dishes, made with local, vegetarian and seasonal ingredients.

Several options are possible, depending on your wishes:

- The classic culinary workshop: participants will collaborate to create a menu proposed by our Chef Isabelle. After the preparation phase, it's time to taste!

- The culinary challenge: we will form teams. Each team will have a certain number of ingredients to create a recipe, within a set time, under the watchful eye of our Chef, who will determine at the end who has created the best recipe!

- The culinary fresco: Fun and collaborative culinary art workshop.

Let everyone's imagination and creativity run wild to create a buffet in the form of a fresco. You will then make your meal a work of art! Which will then have to be devoured ;)


In short, these are workshops that are both creative, educational and that strengthen team spirit, suitable for both cordon bleus and apprentice cooks.

Throughout the workshops, Isabelle will give you zero waste tips to implement at home.

As a bonus:

Possibility of having lunch outside if the weather permits.

You will leave with the recipes!

The seminar progress

- Welcome, presentation of the facilitator and the workshop

- Creation of teams and distribution of the different dishes making up the meal

- Collective brainstorming

- Cooking (2h00 to 2h30)

- Tasting (approximately 1 hour)
