The Eco-challenge: fun activities and team-building

On a beach or in the mountains, joining this really fun outdoor seminar challenge will boost your co-workers.

In teams, you will have to show agility, rapidity and thinking in order to succeed in the diverse fun and eco-friendly activities: biathlon shooting, Mountain bike trial, crazy tower, giant skiing, blind course, memory game, wooden game, mountainous quiz, LandArt, or mini-orienteering.

Teams will fight under the supervision of professionals who can speak English, and scores will be written down next to each activity in order to establish a ranking.

There are many possible activities. With our advice and expertise, you can decide which ones will be done according to your budget, the sports level of the group, and your preferences.

For example, biathlon shooting is an activity which would preferably be chosen by large groups or high-budget companies.

If the challenge is planned to be organised on a beach (for example, on our natural site of La Crique located on the edge of Annecy Lake), land activities and water activities can even be mixed (adding a pedal boat race or a kayak race, a stand up paddle jousting…).

Your co-workers will have fun with these activities which will favour team cohesion.

This seminar challenge will end with a ranking and a prize-giving! (cup for the best team)

As an option, you can ask for a sweet Savoyard snack (local fruit juice, Savoie cake) or a salted one (country wine, cheese and local saucisson) to greatly conclude this seminar activity.
